At Coffee PiB, our goal is simple: to bring you coffee that you love. We stand by the authenticity and quality of every product we sell. However, we understand that sometimes you might need to exchange an item. We’ve created a straightforward exchange process to make it as easy as possible for you.
You are eligible for an exchange under the following conditions:
You must notify us about the issue within 3 days of receiving your package. After this period, we unfortunately cannot process an exchange request.

Please include your Order ID and a clear photo or video of the incorrect or damaged item to help us process your request faster.
Once your exchange request is approved, our team will arrange for the item to be picked up from your address. Please ensure the product is in its original, unopened packaging.
As soon as we receive the returned product, we’ll dispatch your replacement item. We’ll cover all delivery costs for the exchange — simple and stress-free.
We typically arrange pickup within 1–2 working days. Your new item is shipped immediately after collection — usually delivered within 24–48 hours in Dhaka and 3–5 days outside Dhaka.
No. If you received a wrong or damaged product, we’ll cover all pickup and redelivery costs.
If the replacement item is unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund instead.
