How do I place an order?
Placing an order is super easy!
Browse our products and add your favorite coffee to the cart.
Click on the cart icon and proceed to checkout.
Fill in your delivery address and contact details.
Choose your payment method and confirm your order.
That’s it! Your coffee will be on its way.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t been shipped yet.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you don't need an account to place an order. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you save your address and track your orders easily for a faster checkout next time.

What payment methods do you accept?
We offer several convenient payment options:
Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash when you receive your order.
Online Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and mobile services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
Is it safe to use my card on your website?

Inside Dhaka: 24–48 hours.
Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days.
What are the delivery charges?
Inside Dhaka: 60 ৳
Outside Dhaka: 120 ৳

How can I track my order?
